Our engagment party: roller skates, disco balls, wildflowers, oh my!

Our engagement party was also a surprise birthday party for Scotia. With both her and Patrick’s birthdays in February, it felt like the perfect time to celebrate all the good news and love between them.

How he popped the question...

After 1,415 days together, Scotia said "Yes!" Patrick had surprised her one snowy Sunday, while she was shelving at her school library. He dropped to one knee in the picture books. She turned around and there was the moment. They were engaged!
